Thank you for shopping with AORARA. We are committed to providing carefully crafted custom ultra-high heel shoes and a smooth delivery experience for every customer.
Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
AORARA specializes in handmade and custom ultra-high heel shoes. Because each pair is carefully prepared according to your selected style, size, color, material, and customization details, production time is required before shipment.
Our standard production time is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Please note that production time does not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit time. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipment Time After Production
Once your shoes have completed production and passed our quality inspection, your order will usually be shipped out within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment.
Standard Shipping is a cost-effective option for customers who do not need urgent delivery.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping is recommended if you need your order sooner for a wedding, party, event, photoshoot, performance, or other special occasion.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Since our shoes are handmade or customized, the total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.
Estimated total delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days production + 1–3 business days dispatch + 7–14 business days shipping
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days production + 1–3 business days dispatch + 5–9 business days shipping
We recommend placing your order in advance if you need your shoes for a specific date or event.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@aorara.com and we will help check the status of your shipment.
6. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. AORARA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at support@aorara.com. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges may be required by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country or region.
AORARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@aorara.com. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.
AORARA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, or front desk if your package cannot be located.
9. Special Occasion Orders
If you are ordering shoes for a wedding, nightclub event, party, runway show, evening dinner, photoshoot, or other special occasion, we strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping and placing your order as early as possible.
Although we will do our best to prepare and ship your order promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed in writing by our customer support team.
